As part of the Reframing Reality - International Disability Festival 2011 «Nel giardino dei suoni» will screen in the following Israeli cities: Haifa (May 19), Rosh Pina (May 21) und Holon (May 25). Furthermore, «Nel giardino dei suoni» will be featured in the UK at The London International Documentary Festival, taking place from the 13th to the 28th of May 2011, and in Turku at the Finnish Red Cross Film Festival (May 6-12).

The International Jury of the Mostra Internacional de Cinema Sao Paolo, the most important film festival in South America, gave its prize for the Best Documentary Film to «Nel giardino dei suoni» («In The Garden of Sounds») by Nicola Bellucci. Just a few days before, the film had won the Grand Prix of the Taiwan International Documentary Film Festival, the top award of the event. With an attendance of 60'000, the Taiwan fest is one of the biggest and most important documentary festivals in Asia.
