Thabea Furrer was born in 1989 in Lucerne, Switzerland. As a child she lived three years in Brazil and one year in South Africa. 2012 she studied at the ECAL (Lausanne) with focus on cinema and 2016 she completed her film studies at the Lucerne School of Art and Design with focus on directing. Since then she has been working on various film projects.
